Just wanted to say THANK YOU for all your efforts in organising our holiday - for calmly sorting out our date changes and mix ups. Thank you for always being available, especially with the slightly stressful call from Lebanon.
The holiday was fantastic. We had such a great time. Lebanon is just beautiful as always.
My girls had a ball. They spent lots of time with their grandparents and cousins. They did so many things they wouldn’t normally do here like driving the car, going hunting, dyeing their hair, riding tractors, and more.
They saw things they wouldn’t normally see like hunting for food, or a real skeleton.
They appreciated their life when they realised the electricity was out or they had to always buy water to drink. They were sad when they saw Syrian children their own age working to help their families or going through the rubbish looking for food. It was a real eye opener for them.
They had saved up birthday money and changed it to Lebanese pounds and learned how to pay for things. Visiting all the villages and the amazing sites, they really experienced our culture at its best. (I have to say my favourite places to go were the monasteries)
It was a great experience for them and I think it changed them a little bit. It made them more empathetic to other people (they would often give their money away) and it gave them more confidence in themselves. Their teachers were right when they said the best learning is done outside the classroom.
Dubai was great too. We landed in the evening and went to the Dubai Mall, the Burj Khalifa and the dancing fountains.
Next day we did a 4 hour bus tour (girls wanted to swim in hotel pool so we jumped off halfway) That evening we went on the Desert Safari which was AWESOME- definitely a must.
Last day we visited Atlantis Waterpark and the aquarium. We visited the Dubai Zoo and the Miracle Gardens. They were all fantastic. The Dusit Thani hotel was brilliant- the room was gorgeous (they gave us a free upgrade to a two bedroom suite overlooking the Burj Khalifa). They were very friendly and very helpful.
All in all a brilliant experience. I look forward to planning our next trip with you. Hope your trip overseas is just as great, if not better. Hopefully talk to you soon.

Thank you so much for your email...Our trip was amazing, everything we expected and much more.
We loved the U.S. Flights with Delta were good, we had no complaints or issues the whole trip, Andrew actually preferred Delta over Qantas. Jet blue was good also, we had a new plane and seats were comfortable.
Overall everything went well we had no issues with hotels and flights and we cant believe its all over. I am ready to start planning my next holiday now..
Andrew and I just wanted to say thank you for your help and service the team at Travel Time was delightful to deal with. We are glad that we used Travel Time for our honeymoon.

How are you, its bittersweet to be back. We had the best time ever, its was amazing and the girls absolutely loved it. I love love love LA. It was so good having a car, Pat drove so well, we will never not get a car, we drove everywhere and the drive to Vegas was awesome, we ended up upgrading the car, to a Chevrolet, the guy at Alamo recommended it and lucky we did because we needed the room, it was spacious inside but it didn't look big, it was a 7 seater, so thanks so much for getting us that place and the cheap quote. The Beverly Wilshire was so beautiful, we loved it, perfect location and the staff were so sweet, they loved Sienna and Chloe. When we checked in the lady was so nice, she looked after us so much, they offered us an upgrade to a Suite for $45 extra a night so we took it, and it had a balcony and all, the brang us fruit platters everyday and amazing chocolates, cupcakes, popcorn, chocolate strawberries for the kids too, so everyday when we got in the kids would be so excited to see what they got. Overall the trip was fabulous, the flights were smooth and the kids had a ball.
Sonia, your one of a kind and your so professional, you are absolutely amazing at your job, I would never trust my holiday to anyone else, I never worry when you organise things for us because you never disappoint, your so efficient and everything is always well presented and all the information is there for us, I will always recommend you to others as I always do and will continue too, and hopefully God willing I can use you again soon :-)

We had a great trip and despite the unseasonal VERY COLD ❄❄❄ weather we had a lot of fun and it was non stop for the whole trip.
Virgin were fantastic and they could not be faulted both here and in the UK. We have already recommended them and you to our neighbour across the road who look like travelling to the UK next year. We were able to buy extra leg rom seats at the airport going out of Sydney which made a big difference for the trip over there.
The London Pass is a fantastic idea, especially with the transport option, made life so easy getting around London with so many attractions to chose from. The bus trip to Leeds Castle, Canterbury and Dover was great and heaps of fun. Evan Evans Tour people were great also.
The timing of the bus trip was good as it gave us a rest from walking so much. It was good just to sit back and have someone drive you around and Leeds Castle is absolutely Gorgeous! Highly recommend that trip!
Overall we had a fantastic time and with your amazing assistance the trip went exactly to plan?
