  • Hiking has different levels. Moderate can be done by Normal hikers, no need to be very fit.
  • During hikes only light food should be consumed, therefore sandwiches would be enough.
  • Program is running for groups of minimum 6 persons and up.  
  • 08:00: Dep from Beirut. Break for 20 minutes on route.
  • 10:30: Start of the hike.
  • Duration of hike: 5 hours including visits - Distance: 7 km.
  • Rates per person: if 2 pax: $240 per person, if 3 pax: $190 per person, if 4 pax: $140 per person, if 5 pax: $120 per person.

PRIVATE ACTIVITY:  Hiking in the Qadisha Valley ​

  • For those who like hiking and adventure trips, combined with nice natural sceneries and visits to the old monasteries, we recommend trying this tour especially if you are group of people.
  • Drive from Beirut to Becharreh (2 hours from Beirut), start the hike from Hawka village down towards the valley of Qannoubine, visit Hawka Monastery, where a Colombian hermit is still living, then St. Marina Church – Qannoubine Monastery and St. Elysee Monastery. Lunch will be provided at a local restaurant in the valley.
