No doubt that this has been a tough time for all of us, on personal and business levels. We have all had to make sacrifices. When it came to cancelled holidays...it was unfair for customers to lose out, as it was for airlines and travel suppliers, as well as travel agents. There were no winners in this.
Whereas other travel agents (within their rights) charged cancellation and amendment fees on top of airline and supplier fees, at Travel Time we made the decision that would not benefit us, but would benefit our customers.
We refunded IN FULL all the money that we received from airlines and suppliers straight to our customer, even though this meant that we lost almost a years worth of work. Where refunds were not offered by airlines and suppliers, credits and travel vouchers were offered and these were successfully passed on. We charged NO Amendment Fees when we had to rebook (and rebook and rebook!) holidays that kept cancelling due to border closures.
At the end of the day, we decided that it was only fair that our customers would have the most favourable outcome, as we have always valued this above all. And moving forward, we will continue to practise the highest work ethic, because they deserve no less.

You can now get an Australian-issued International COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate (ICVC). The ICVC is a free and secure way to prove your COVID-19 vaccination history when you travel overseas. 
Your international certificate features a secure QR code. It includes all the information you need to prove to airlines and authorities that you’ve had your COVID-19 vaccinations. To get a certificate, you’ll need to have your valid Australian passport with you. Your COVID-19 vaccinations will need to be registered on the AIR before you can apply.
