How to access you itinerary:

  • Please download Trip Plans to you phone and register for the app, then you will be able to receive important notifications and receive or send messages to us.

  • To view your day-to-day Trip, click on your unique link that we have emailed you and it should open in the app.

  • There are fabulous features such as - an internal chat, where you can send us a message anytime if you require assistance and receive message from us. There are contact details and web links to the hotels and other services. We have also included a city guide there for you as well.

  • Have a play with it, and let us know if you have any questions 😊

A few App Tips:
  • If you toggle the “Make Available Online” button to green, then it means you can access your app when you do not have internet/WIFI, so this is important to do.
  • You can download a PDF copy to print or share with anyone
  • Everyone who is travelling can download this on to their phone, you can also access on the internet anywhere!
  • We recommend you print out your E-Tickets/Vouchers as a back up in case you lose access to your phone 😊
